Led by Nigel Shepherd, Chairman of Chiltern District Council, the panel will also include representatives of Chesham Connect, the Youth Council, Ahead Tuition and the Elgiva Theatre, plus Chesham Society Chair and former mayor, Emily Culverhouse.
